WiTH Collective joins the Isobar Group, forming a digital transformation powerhouse in Australia
Isobar has announced the linking of award-winning digital experience agency, WiTH Collective, to Isobar, following its September 2016 acquisition by Dentsu Aegis Network.
The addition establishes the Isobar Australia Group – which includes Isobar, Soap and WiTH Collective under the leadership of Konrad Spilva, CEO of Isobar ANZ Group – to deliver full-service Digital Transformation and Brand Commerce solutions for clients within Design, Marketing, Content, Gaming, Consultancy and Commerce.
The move enables the WiTH Collective team to leverage Isobar’s global network and capabilities, while enhancing its own strong skill sets in creative, data and customer marketing. The two brands are already working together on several client engagements.
CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network ANZ Simon Ryan said, "Our biggest objective is to grow the capabilities and services we can offer our clients. Acquiring WiTH Collective – a fast-growing business with a strong reputation for excellence as a data-led, creative customer marketing consultancy – was an exciting step in that direction.
“By linking WiTH Collective to Isobar, a global and award-winning creative and digital agency, we are creating a full-service partnership offering that answers complex business problems by providing end-to-end strategy and execution of customer-focused, creative and digital solutions.”
Justin Hind, Co-founder and CEO of WiTH Collective Linked by Isobar said, “It was obvious upon joining Dentsu Aegis Network that we have a strong digital and values alignment with Isobar, along with a strong sense of entrepreneurship. - 2 -
“We are very excited at the opportunity to work alongside Isobar, while increasing our collaboration with the other Dentsu Aegis Network brands in line with our vision of a modern, future-focused, digital and data-driven way of marketing.”
The joining of WiTH Collective will not only strengthen Isobar’s ANZ operations, but build on its own capabilities in the areas of data-led, creative customer marketing – ultimately helping clients transform their businesses in the digital age.
The announcement follows Isobar’s crowning as Campaign Asia-Pacific’s Digital Network of the Year 2016 and Isobar Australia as Adnews’ Digital Agency of the Year in March. The agency has also been recognized globally by Gartner as a Leader for the third year in a row in the Digital Marketing Agency Magic Quadrant, and by Forrester as a Leader for Digital Experiences.
Konrad Spilva, CEO of Isobar ANZ Group, said, “The addition of WiTH Collective to the Isobar Australia Group bolsters our strong digital agency offering and enhances our skills in the digital consultancy space; with deep expertise in business consulting, data intelligence, design thinking and application, creative and technology.
“WiTH Collective has built a strong reputation in data and creative customer marketing and, globally, Isobar is the only agency group that has been recognised by both Gartner and Forrester as Leaders. Ultimately, we want to help our clients create better experiences for their customers, and WiTH Collective is central to helping us meet that goal.”
WiTH Collective, founded in 2010, boasts a 75-person team at its Sydney office with plans to expand to Melbourne and Auckland, New Zealand, this year.
