Columbus’ data-driven marketing approach pays off with several new client wins
Columbus is gaining momentum as the trusted advisor in the digital marketing sphere, adding a wealth of new clients to their portfolio.
With the likes of HIA Insurance Services, The Coffee Club and AON Australia enlisting Columbus’ services, the agency is continuing its impressive growth trajectory.
The raft of new business wins follows an evolved positioning of the agency in early 2017. Building on their reputation as Performance and Experience experts, Columbus scaled their data, content and social capabilities to deliver what clients wanted – seamless, effective data-driven marketing.
As brands push to create a one-to-one experience for their consumers, Columbus has aligned their structure and services to deliver personalisation at scale for their clients.
Celine Dickson of HIA Insurances Services, said “We engaged Columbus because of their deep understanding of our key audiences and developed an integrated approach through Performance, Experience and Data services”. This client-centric approach has seen new Australian clients appoint Columbus to manage their digital marketing activities including Paid Search, Content, SEO and Programmatic.
CEO of Columbus, Rebecca Tos, says “To continually remain relevant in this environment is crucial to our clients. We’ve listened, adapted and placed the customer experience at the core of Columbus, while maintaining our heritage in performance and experience. We’re excited to deliver our promise to these fantastic brands”.
The agency has also grown their Perth and Brisbane presence, increasing traction in the maturing markets, starting new projects with Racing Queensland, CUA and NTI.
